The lymphatic system plays a crucial role in maintaining our body’s fluid balance and defending against infections. It helps remove toxins, waste and other unwanted materials from our tissues, unsuring our immune system functions effectively. A healthy lymphatic system is essential for overall welness and vitality.

Lymphatic node

Lymph nodes are typically no larger than a kidney bean, ranging from 2 mm to 2.5 mm in diameter when healthy. They are distributed throughout the body, numbering anywhere from 500 to 800, and are located near veins in adipose or fat tissues.

Lymph nodes serve as meeting points where bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens encounter immune cells. This interaction enables the body to mount a crucial immune response, helping to defend against infections effectively.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle technique designed to stimulate the flow of lymph
fluid throughout the body. It involves light, rhythmic movements that help reduce swelling, remove toxins, and improve overall lymphatic circulation. It supports immune function and promotes healing

Kansa Wand

A Kansa wand is a traditional Ayurvedic massage tool made from a blend of copper, zinc, and other metals. It is used with gentle, circular motions to balance the body’s energies, improve blood circulation, enhance lymphatic drainage, and promote relaxation and skin health.

No Oil Use

Why? The lymphatic system sits under the skin, I use a very little touch to move the excess lymph and fluid out of the tissue. This reduces any swelling (oedema), reducing any pain or discomfort. This is the most relaxing and profound treatment..
